BoonChuen was standing near the Victory Gate (Patouxay Monument), his hands stretched as if he want the to catch something from the sky.

A passerby saw him and asked what he was doing.

BoonChuen replied, “when i was on the top of Patouxay, my watch fell off, so I came down to catch it

“Your watch fell down so long ago, how can you catch it now ?”

BoonChuen replied, ” My watch is always half an hour late”
